Biography: Since joining Regent Financial Group in July 2002, Joe has consistently been one of the company’s top performers, with a primary focus on home purchases loans. With dedicated service and a desire to help them succeed, he has planted strong roots with realtor partners in both the Omaha and Norfolk markets. “Closing purchase loans brings an extra satisfaction and fulfillment to my work. Being able to share in the excitement of a buyer closing on their new home is especially rewarding.” A proud member of the Nebraska Association of Mortgage Brokers, as well as the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, Joe is one of only a select group of Loan Originators in Nebraska to earn NAMB’s Lending Integrity Seal. Licensed to write loans in both Iowa as well as Nebraska, he is committed to his part in making Regent a beacon of integrity and excellence to the communities it serves.
