After College I continued my education with the National Mortgage Bankers Association where he earned the Lending Integrity seal of approval as well as other professional groups. As a student of economics and financial investments I understand the economic conditions that will affect mortgage rates, as well as most people’s largest investment, their homes!
I have a vast knowledge of residential home mortgage programs from Government loans( FHA, VA, USDA) to construction loans and first time homebuyer and conventional loans. I have over 8 years of lending experience with lifetime production in excess of $75 million dollars in home mortgages. Over my career I have supervised over $1 billion in closed home loans.
