I became a loan officer by coming up through the ranks of the credit industry after having started in a small finance company.  My mentor at the time took a job as a manager with a mortgage broker and recruited me as a loan officer.  I was a manager with that company in a year and my career took off.  I have opened and built two successful other mortgage companies in Wichita.  I came back recently to Regent as a loan officer and after being in the insurance business and I am so glad I did!! Helping someone realize their dream of homeownership is the most satisfying aspect of my job.
