Biography: While attending college I decided to give a sales career a shot until I finished my degree. Like many people it was supposed to be a temporary position that I ended up staying at for over 5 years, after a couple of promotions it seemed that I had found my life long career.
The job was highly demanding of my time and required every weekend and late hours. I was fine with that at first but once I got the news that I had a daughter on the way everything changed. I appreciated everything I was taught and the real world experience I learned while working there but I knew deep down that it would not be a career that would be suitable for family life.
I had many family members that were in the real estate business and with my background in finance I thought I would give the position of mortgage loan officer a shot. The rest as they say is history, I am very happy with my current career and am glad I have found something that allows me to help people realize the dream of homeownership, or even just helping current homeowners out of a tight spot. It is very rewarding and it still allows me to spend time with my family and enjoy life!
